Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — free forever, no credit card. It includes all three document types (invoices, quotations, receipts), the live-preview editor, four templates, folders, tags, statuses, the dashboard and reports.

What are the Free plan limits?

Per month: 5 invoices, 5 quotations, 5 receipts, 20 new customers and 10 new vendors — with 1 member, 1 branding profile and 5 reusable adjustments. Enough to run a small operation and evaluate everything properly.

What does Pro add?

Higher monthly limits (500 invoices, 200 quotations, 500 receipts, 500 customers, 200 vendors), up to 10 team members, 10 branding profiles, 100 adjustments, and all 12 templates.

Can I add more workspaces?

Yes — the Extra Workspace add-on adds a workspace slot for $2/month each, up to 10 extra workspaces per account.

Can I try Pro features before paying?

You can preview all 12 templates in the gallery, and the guest editor lets you experience the full editor without an account. Some plans may include a trial period — you’ll see it at checkout.

How do I pay, and can I cancel anytime?

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You can change or cancel your subscription from the billing page in the app at any time.

What happens if I hit a limit?

InvoiceZeo tells you clearly which limit you’ve reached. Your existing documents and data are never touched — you can upgrade to continue creating, or wait for the monthly limit to reset.

Do you charge per invoice or take a percentage?
